Please note:
● *For 121s in your home, depending on your location, there may be an additional charge for travel.
● For our Puppy and Junior courses, we require a £30 deposit to hold your place, with the balance
payable prior to or on the course start date. BACS is the preferred method of payment; we also
accept cash.
● Our classes are small and often have a waiting list, so - if for any reason you can’t join a course -
please let us know ASAP so we can offer your place to someone else.
● Cancellation policy - we require 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange without incurring
the full cost of the course.
● All our training is reward based so you will need a good supply of tasty treats to use as rewards.
